Benefit Trail Ride for Healing Hands Sanctuary on Saturday, May 17, 2008, as well as everyone whose support helped make it a wonderful day.
Horses and riders all enjoyed the delightful spring day riding along with the beautiful trails through
the Cumberland State Forest.

Healing Hands Sanctuary Feed Drive
Last November, Healing Hands Equine Sanctuary in Dillyn, Virginia, www.Healinghandssanctuary.com lost their barn to a fire. Thanks to all of the donations they received, they now have a feed/tack storage building and the horses had plenty of blankets to stay warm for the past winter. However, donations are down and they are struggling to keep everyone fed as they continue to rebuild.
Heartland Feed and Supply is actively helping Healing Hands Equine Sanctuary, a 501c3 charity, in their fundraising efforts. We are currently running a Matching Feed Donation Challenge. When you donate to the Healing Hands Sanctuary Feed Drive, Heartland Feed and Supply will match your donation dollar for dollar (so if you donate $5, Heartland will donate another $5 and Healing Hands Sanctuary receives $10 worth of feed).
